Return to Diwa Spin With the Password You Use Now
Login is for an account that already exists. If you have never registered, the login form will not invent a profile. Create the account first, then come back to this screen on the next visit.
A normal return
- Open the app or the site you already trust.
- Choose Login.
- Enter the mobile number that received the original OTP.
- Type the current password, not the one Autofill prefers.
- Enter a new OTP only if the screen asks for one.
- Wait until the lobby or the profile name appears.
When the password is rejected
Mobile keyboards add spaces and swap capital letters. Delete the field and type slowly. If Chrome or Samsung Pass fills an older secret, that secret is wrong even if it looks familiar. After several failures, stop guessing and use the recovery path on the same screen.
OTP on two SIMs
The code arrives on the number you registered, which may not be the SIM that is providing data. Check both message inboxes on a dual-SIM Samsung, Redmi, Vivo or Realme phone. An older code usually dies when you request another.
| Symptom | Likely cause |
| Instant rejection | Saved password from before a reset |
| Page returns to login | The network dropped or cookies were blocked |
| No SMS | Wrong number, weak signal, or the other SIM |
| Works on Wi-Fi only | Mobile data is switching between 4G and 5G |
A new handset
Move the registered SIM if you still need SMS. Do not create a fresh account just because the icon is on a new phone. Recover the password while you still have the number.
Recovery without a second profile
Forgot-password should ask for the same mobile number. Enter it, wait for one code, set a new password, and return to the login form to type that password by hand. Changing it twice in one minute is how people lock the new secret out of their own memory.
If the recovery screen says the number is unknown, you are on the wrong door or the account never finished registration. Go back to Register only if you are sure this number was never used. Two profiles with similar numbers are harder to merge than they are to avoid.
Questions about sign-in
Can support type the password for me?
No. Nobody who asks for the OTP in a chat is finishing login for you.
Should I save the password on a shared phone?
No. Decline the save prompt and sign out before you hand the device back.
The lobby never appears.
Confirm the network, close extra tabs, and try once more. Repeating the button during a freeze stacks failed attempts.
18+ notice: Sign in only on your own account. Adults only. Keep the OTP on the phone that owns the number.
